My stay had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, making it easy to access nearby attractions and the convention center. However, the room I received had multiple issues, from cleanliness to noise. Additionally, the dining was frustrating as we missed breakfast due to miscommunication about the hours. Overall, I left feeling that I paid too much for what I got.

The room had stains and a strange odor upon entry. The tub was in poor condition, and noise was a significant issue due to a gap under the door. Overall, it felt neglected.

The service was disappointing, with a lack of communication and even feeling mistreated at times. The valet took too long to retrieve our car, and I felt ignored during my inquiries.
